Comprehensive Capabilities
From preventative maintenance like oil changes and tune-ups, to more complex issues like electrical and core mechanical systems, our technicians can handle the entire spectrum of repairs.
Preventative Maintenance
A long vehicle lifecycle starts with routine preventative maintenance. Our team helps keep buses, vans, and fleet vehicles road-ready with service that supports reliability, compliance, and fewer unexpected breakdowns.
We handle:
- Routine inspections and tune-ups
- Oil changes and fluid top-offs
- Brake system checks and servicing
- Tire rotation and replacement
- Wheelchair lift and accessibility equipment servicing
- Chassis lubrication and component checks
- Emissions system maintenance
- Windshield wiper and lighting system upkeep
Most preventative maintenance is completed in-shop, with some needs handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the vehicle and location. Bus-specific experience matters because fleet vehicles have different service intervals, inspection demands, and wear patterns than standard passenger vehicles.
Mechanical & Electrical
When a bus has a more serious mechanical or electrical issue, our team can diagnose the problem and repair it in-house. This work is often needed when a vehicle has drivability issues, warning lights, brake concerns, charging problems, or faults that are difficult to trace.
We handle:
- Engine and transmission rebuilds/replacements
- Differential and driveline repairs
- Steering and suspension work
- Brake system overhauls
- Electrical system troubleshooting and rewiring
- Alternator, starter, and battery replacements
Common signs you may need this service:
- Warning lights or fault codes
- Hard starts or battery issues
- Brake performance concerns
- Steering or suspension changes
- Power loss or drivability issues
Most mechanical and electrical repairs are completed in-shop, depending on the issue and vehicle condition.
Body & Structural Repairs
Buses and vans are built for the road, but damage can still occur. Our team handles both minor body repairs and more involved structural work to help keep vehicles safe, looking professional, and ready for service.
We handle:
- Minor collision damage repairs
- Dent and scratch removal
- Painting and refinishing
- Body panel replacement and straightening
- Frame and structural component repairs
Body and structural repairs are generally completed in-shop and may vary by location depending on the level of repair needed.
HVAC
Keep your passengers comfortable year-round with in-house HVAC service designed for bus and fleet vehicles. HVAC problems can affect comfort, safety, and route readiness, especially during hot weather or long passenger trips.
We handle:
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting HVAC system issues
- Repair and replacement of HVAC compressors, condensers, and evaporators
- Recharging and refilling refrigerant
- Maintenance and servicing of ventilation, heating, and cooling components
- Retrofitting and upgrading of HVAC systems, including adding rear A/C units
- Specialized expertise in the unique HVAC requirements of rear-mounted bus systems
Most HVAC work is completed in-shop. Bus-specific experience matters because bus HVAC systems, especially rear-mounted systems, are larger and more complex than standard vehicle A/C systems.
Accessibility & Safety
Safety and accessibility are essential for keeping vehicles dependable and road-ready for every passenger. Our team helps maintain and repair the systems that support mobility, compliance, and everyday safety.
We handle:
- Comprehensive wheelchair lift maintenance and repair
- Servicing of wheelchair securement systems and tie-downs
- Retrofitting and upgrading of accessibility equipment like lifts, ramps, and securement devices
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with mobility-related electrical and mechanical components
- Providing guidance on accessibility options and equipment for customers’ vehicle needs
- Thorough inspections and servicing of braking systems, including air brakes
- Maintenance and repair of exterior lighting, turn signals, and warning lights
- Servicing emergency exit systems, alarms, and other critical safety equipment
- Performing state-mandated safety inspections and certifications
- Training drivers and staff on proper safety protocols and equipment usage
- Addressing any recalls or safety bulletins to keep vehicles in full compliance
Some of this work is completed in-shop, while certain services depend on the vehicle, equipment, and location. Bus-specific experience matters because accessibility and safety systems require specialized knowledge, proper inspections, and reliable repair work.
